Patrick J. Jones is an award-winning figurative artist, author, and teacher. He grew up in Belfast, Northern Ireland, during the violent 30-year conflict known as “the Troubles,” before moving to London to pursue a life in art. Today, Patrick works from his studio in Brisbane, Australia, where he paints for private collectors and publishers and teaches his virtual “Anatomy of Style” figure drawing course online at Computer Graphics Master Academy (CGMA). He also teaches figure drawing at Queensland University of Technology, and at his “Anatomy of Style” workshops. Patrick has received various awards for his art and has been guest of honour at DragonCon in the USA. He also travels to the USA bi-yearly, to exhibit and to meet fellow artists, art collectors, and fans at the IX Gallery in Pennsylvania.
