Products may be returned as follows:
1. Initiating a Return or Cancellation
- To return or cancel a product, please email us at contact@koreropress.com. Returns will be at your own cost.
2. Return Conditions
- Unwanted products must be returned with the original packaging within 14 days of delivery or cancellation, whichever is later. Returns after this period will not be accepted.
- We will withhold any refund until we receive the returned products.
3. Charges and Deductions
- We reserve the right to deduct any charges we may incur due to a return from your refund. These charges may include, but are not limited to, restocking fees, handling fees, and any other costs associated with processing the return. This applies to all returns except in cases where the product is defective or the return is due to our error.
4. Care of Products
- You must take reasonable care of the products while in your possession. We reserve the right to deduct from the refund any loss in value if the loss is (in our reasonable opinion) due to your damage, use, misuse, or handling of the products beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
5. Exclusions
- Bespoke or personalized items created specifically for you cannot be cancelled or returned.
